“Microsoft, facing the fight of its corporate life, has made a
series of blunders in defending itself against landmark antitrust
charges, say lawyers who are closely following the case.”

“In the last three weeks, Microsoft shares have fallen more than
14 percent from a record high of 175 15/16 on February 1. That’s
the largest monthly drop since they fell 25 percent in the October
1987 stock market crash. Microsoft’s February plummet has come
amidst a less-steep decline for the U.S. stock market.”
