Epiphany 3.10.2 Brings an Updated Ad Blocker

Epiphany 3.10.2 is here to expand the list of languages that are available in the preferences dialog, update the EasyList URL filter rules for the integrated ad blocker, update translations, restore the redo and undo functions in the editable content, and update the documentation.
