ExTiX 16.4 Is Based on Debian 8.5, Debian 9 “Stretch” and Ubuntu 16.04.1 LTS

Based on the Debian GNU/Linux 8.5 “Jessie,” Debian GNU/Linux 9 “Stretch” and Ubuntu 16.04.1 LTS (Xenial Xerus) operating systems, ExTiX 16.4 Build 160731 uses the latest KDE 4.15 Development Platform together with KDE Frameworks 5.18.0 and Linux kernel 4.6.4. Arne Exton dubbed his ExTiX GNU/Linux distribution as The Ultimate Linux System, simply because he managed to implement almost all the latest open-source applications and technologies that have been published at the moment of the release, and also because the OS comes with a mix of core components from Ubuntu and Debian.
