Eye of GNOME 3.10 Beta 2 Fixes Build System Issues

Eye of GNOME 3.10 Beta 2 fixes various build system issues, repairs a bug where compilation failed due to missing IT_PROG_INTLTOOL macro and extraneous command in autogen. Moreover, thanks to Jiro Matsuzawa, a mnemonics conflict in delete-confirmation dialog was fixed. Miscellaneous fixes and cleanups were also implemented in this development release of Eye of GNOME 3.10.
