First Release Candidate Build of Manjaro Linux MATE 15.12 Ships with MATE 1.12

One of the most important things implemented in the first Release Candidate build of Manjaro Linux MATE 15.12 (Capella) is the MATE 1.12 desktop environment, which ships with numerous new features and improvements. Additionally, the Vertex desktop and icon themes have been enhanced, along with the MATE Menu.
