Fotoxx 16.02 Open Source Image Editor Released with Cartoon Effect, More

Fotoxx 16.02 introduces a new Cartoon effect that lets artists convert a photo into a cartoon-like drawing. Furthermore, there’s now better support for images that contain transparent areas when working with the Add Lines and Add Text features, artists will also be able to paint over a transparent area either gradually or instantly via the Paint/Clone feature, and long text strings are now better supported.
