GIMP 2.9.4 is here after approximately eight months since the previous development snapshot, GIMP 2.9.2, bringing a huge number of changes, including improvements to existing components, fixes for some of the most annoying issues reported by users, as well as many new features. There are tons of changes in many areas, including color management, the GUI (Graphical User Interface), most of the Tools (Fuzzy Select, Align, Bucket Fill, Paths, Posterize, Foreground Select, Cage Transform, Unified Transform, Text, Desaturate, MyPaint, Ink, and Smudge), as well as many of the plug-ins and GEGL filters.
