What’s new in GLib 2.39.0? Well, lots of new features were implemented in the following components: GNotification, GSubprocess, GDesktopAppInfo, GSettings, GIO, GKeyFile, GMainContext/GSource, and GObject. Moreover, Glib 2.39.0 also includes a new gapplication command-line tool, improvements for file monitors, Portability improvements, small API changes and additions, and Unicode support was update to version 6.3.0.
