GNOME 3.18 Beta 2 Officially Released, Final Version Coming on September 23

The development cycle of the GNOME 3.18 desktop environment will continue with the Release Candidate (GNOME 3.17.92 RC) version, which should be seeded to testers worldwide starting September 16, and will conclude with the final release of GNOME 3.18 on September 23, twenty days from today. After the release of the final version of the GNOME 3.18 open-source desktop environment, there will be a couple of point releases, GNOME 3.18.1 and GNOME 3.18.2.
