GNOME Online Accounts 3.8 Beta 2 Enables IMAP/SMTP by Default

There’s only a single new feature implemented in GNOME Online Accounts 3.8 Beta 2, the SMTP/IMAP servers have been enabled by default. Moreover, GNOME Online Accounts 3.8 Beta 2 fixes ‘make distcheck’ by updating the icon cache on uninstall, drops the EnsureCredentials notification, makes git.mk to ignore generated files, and does not send credentials before notifying users of an invalid SSL certificate.
