Thanks to Matthias Clasen, GNOME PackageKit 3.8.1 receives various translator comments, strings are now marked as translatable, and a meaningful name has been added in the about dialog.

Moreover, thanks to Richard Hughes, GNOME PackageKit 3.8.1 no longer maximizes by default, as the draggable header is not yet available, the PackageKit errors are no longer duplicated in the session helper, and two modal dialog boxes will never be displayed when using the install helpers.
