GNOME Software Package Manager App Updated for GNOME 3.16 to Fix Multiple Bugs

GNOME Software 3.16.5 now displays the progress of the installation of new packages, and adds multiple improvements to featured app banners. Moreover, a crash that occurred when attempting to launch an installed application from within GNOME Software has been fixed, and the styling of the History dialog has been updated to no longer allow clicking on rows that are not clickable.
