GNOME Weather 3.11.4 fixes some issues with RTL layouts, updates to the packaging system, introduces the ability to build a RPM binary package from the upstream source archive, and replaced GtkHeaderBar with GtkActionBar. Moreover, GNOME Weather 3.11.4 fixes the .desktop file for legacy desktop environments that do not use GIO to launch the application, and updates several translations.
