Evince 3.17.3 introduces support for adding highlight annotations, as well as squiggly highlight annotations and moving text annotations, which will now have a fixed size of 24×24. Additionally, the GTK_SCROLL_START/GTK_SCROLL_END class is now handled in the fit-to-page mode. Two bugs were addresses in Evince 3.17.3, which will be available for testing as part of the GNOME 3.17.3 desktop environment.
