GNOME’s Mutter Updated for GNOME 3.16.1 with Wayland Improvements

Mutter 3.16.1 introduced a new function to refresh all background instances, better support for swapped scroll methods on the Wayland display server, as well as the addition of a new default center pointer on primary monitor on startup.
