GNOME 3.17.2 is a development milestone towards the upcoming GNOME 3.18 desktop environment, due for release on September 23, 2015. Orca 3.17.2 has been released on May 27, and it will be distributed as part of GNOME 3.17.2. Orca 3.17.2 comes with an updated spellchecking support that brings compatibility with recent versions of the Mozilla Thunderbird email and news client. Among other changes, we can mention fixes for multiple failures related to presenting the last line in a text area, moving to a newly-loaded page fragment, as well as to presenting the right radio button state and expanded state change in ARIA content.
