GnuCash 2.6.9 Free Accounting Software Patches Serious Bug on Windows OSes

GnuCash 2.6.9 is a small bugfix release that patches three critical issues that have been reported by users since the previous version of the software, GnuCash 2.6.8. It addresses a crash or freeze that occurred when attempting to use the File Save As action on Microsoft Windows operating systems. For this, the devs had to fix the termination of the loop so that it will no longer depend on the patch for GNU/Linux systems.
