For those of you who are not in the loop, Mandriva was a French company responsible for the Mandriva Linux operating system, which was derived from the Mandrake Linux and Conectiva Linux distributions, the former being based on Red Hat Linux. Despite the fact that the Mandriva company, which had over 16 years of activity and a workforce of 10 to 19 employees, generated ???553,000 ($600,000) in revenue in 2013, it would appear that was not enough for it to shine in 2015.
