gThumb 3.3.1 is the first maintenance release of the development 3.x series, and it now uses the dark theme, a GtkHeaderBar is now used instead of a toolbar and a menu, adds better support for RAW images, a frame is now displayed around an image in the image viewer, and zoomed images are presented in a better quality. Users will now be able to use an overview window if they want to scroll an image, instead of using the scrollbars, big image files will load a lot faster, the mediabar is automatically hidden after a timeout in the media player, selections can now be viewed via buttons on the Filterbar, and only the basic properties are now displayed in the file properties dialog.
