GTK+ 3.16.0 Arrives with Overlay Scrollbars, OpenGL Support, Experimental Mir Backend

GTK+ 3.16.0 arrives today with OpenGL support for rendering windows in both X11 and Wayland display servers, overlay scrollbars for GNOME/GTK+ applications, addition of the GtkGLArea widget for rendering windows with OpenGL, and the addition of a GtkModelButton button that can be used with GAction.
