GTK+ 3.16 Will Bring Support for Support HiDPI Pointer Cursors in Wayland

GTK+ 3.15.12 brings support for HiDPI (High Dots Per Inch) pointer cursors in the Wayland display server, improvements for accessible names in GtkMenuButton, and revamps the size allocation code in GtkEntry to change the semantics of the get_frame_size() function, but other GtkEntry subclasses need to be adjusted.
