GTK+ 3.19.12 has been released earlier today, March 15, 2016, as part of the soon-to-be-released GNOME 3.20 RC (Release Candidate) desktop environment, and according to the internal changelog, attached at the end of the article for reference, it’s a major release with lots of new features, improvements, and bug fixes.
