GTK+ 3.20 Toolkit Released Ahead of GNOME 3.20, Updates the HighContrast Theme

There are many new features implemented for the final 3.20 release of GTK+, except for the fact that it updates the HighContrast theme to be on par with the Adwaita one, which now boasts transitions to backdrop.
