HP Linux Imaging and Printing Driver Updated with Support for Ubuntu 15.10

HPLIP 3.5.11 adds support for the newly released Ubuntu 15.10 (Wily Werewolf), Fedora 23, and openSUSE Leap 42.1 GNU/Linux operating system. It also includes support for custom AppArmor profiles and SELinux Policy, along with support for automatic discovery of network scanners.
