It is an application that basically works by reading an updated manifest file of the debian based distro that the user is using and compares it to the current list of installed packages on the user’s system.
It also gives the user options to remove users.

Why would someone need this?
Perhaps, they would like a quick and easy way of resetting their distro back to stock without needing to download a live cd and doing a complete re-install, giving a laptop to a friend or family, or whatever the reason, it’s an easy way to reset a debian based distro back to stock.

I have released the beta version today. I mainly need to have this publicized to have feedback and make sure it’s stable enough to mark it as stable. Thanks.
