Install cacti on Ubuntu Server with Apache and PHP-FPM

If you want to install Cacti on Apache, but not use PHP as module, but to use PHP-FPM as external CGI, you can follow this tutorial.
You will have the plus that you can run Apache with MPM Worker which is far more efficient than prefork.
