Install Microsoft Visual Studio Code on 32-bit Ubuntu Systems with Ubuntu Make 0.8.2

Ubuntu Make 0.8.2 is here to add support for installing the Microsoft Visual Studio Code (VSC) application on 32-bit (x86) systems, as it is not supported upstream as well. Additionally, the Visual Studio Code support has been fixed in Ubuntu Make to handle the new upstream web page content and archive layout. Also, the large and medium tests have been adapted and refreshed to reflect the changes mentioned above.
