iPPea TV is powered by a MIPS XBurst processor gunning at 1.2 Ghz with support for 3D graphics acceleration (Open GL ES 1.1 and 1.2). It also comes with 512 MB of DDR2 RAM and 2 GB of NandFlash storage expandable to 32 GB via a microSD slot.
