They’ve generally been regarded as useful tools for those who use them, but they’ve never gotten any of the attention that’s usually lavished on graphical user interfaces. Xiki is a new command shell that may change that, however. Xiki aims to blend shell and GUI into a powerful tool that we’ve never seen before.
