KDE 4.11.1 repairs over 70 bugs reported by users from the previous release, re-implements the drag-and-drop from taskbar to pager function, fixes highlighting and color in the Kate text editor, and squashes lots of bugs in the Kmahjongg game. Moreover, KDE 4.11.1 includes improvements to the KWin window manager, the Dolphin file manager, which should have a smoother scroll, as well as the Plasma desktop, which now starts faster.
