KDE Applications 16.04 Arrives April 20, Release Candidate Now Ready for Testing

Now that KDE Applications 15.12 reached end of life with the last maintenance build, version 15.12.3, the time has come for the KDE team to move on to the next major version, KDE Applications 16.04, which should see the light of day in approximately two weeks from the moment of writing this article, on April 20, 2016.
