GTK+ 3.22.6 is the sixth maintenance update to the stable 3.22 series of the GUI toolkit, which is used by default and distributed with the GNOME 3.22 Stack, coming approximately one month after the previous version, namely 3.22.5. There are a bunch of bug fixes shipped with the new point release. One that caught out attention is a fix to improve OpenGL checks to work better on OpenGL ES 2.0. But there are many other interesting changes, besides the update of the German and Russian language translations, which you can view on the changelog attached at the end of the story.
