LG Says It Will Release Android 8.1 Oreo for LG V30 and LG G6 Smartphones Soon

Google’s Android Enterprise Recommended program aims to help businesses invest in the right Android devices and services by listing only top partners that were certified as enterprise-ready, including the LG V30 and LG G6 premium smartphones, but only those available in the United States. To be listed by Google in its new Android Enterprise Recommended program, LG agreed to immediately update its two devices, the LG V30 and LG G6, to Android 8.1 Oreo, the latest software update released by the search giant with various enhancements and general bug fixes.
