Lighthorse Networks(tm) announces source licensing availability of its record breaking network packet capture stream to disk network forensics and network security appliance technology on Linux.

“The Company has determined that the market trends towards full integration and confidence in Network Security and Forensics Solutions require that vendors, customers, governmental agencies, and integrators have access to Source Code for highly sensitive security and forensics technologies and deployments in order to have the confidence in these solutions and the integrity of the data these systems store, analyze and report,” stated Jeff Merkey, CEO of Lighthorse Networks. “Review of the market and real world needs of many of these groups and deployment of Network Forensics and Network Security Technology ultimately requires review and validation of Source Code by large governmental and corporate customers to address privacy and chain of custody concerns with captured data.”
