According to Linus Torvalds, Linux Kernel 4.2 RC2 is a normal Release Candidate build that includes updated drivers, especially for things like DRM, improvements for the ARM, MIPS, PA-RISC, and x86 architectures, optimizations for the Btrfs file system, as well as perf tool build fixes.
