Linus Torvalds Announces Linux Kernel 4.3 RC2, Things Are Looking Fairly Calm and Small

Linux kernel 4.3 Release Candidate 2 is a fairly normal release which consists of the usual mix of updated driver and architecture fixes with a small amount of updates to the perf tooling. This second RC build of Linux 4.3 also received some cleanup to the IRQ flow-handler, which removed the redundant IRQ number argument.
