Linux Kernel 3.10.95 LTS Updates USB Drivers, Improves the Networking Stack

The new release updates multiple USB and networking (mostly Ethernet, but also PPP and PHY) drivers, addresses an issue with a FireWire driver, improves support for the Btrfs, EXT4, NFS, and JBD2 filesystems, and fixes a few security issue that have been discovered since the previous maintenance build.
