Linux Kernel 3.10.98 LTS Brings Mostly Updated Drivers, Some x86 Improvements

The long-term supported Linux 3.10 kernel branch just got its ninety-eighth maintenance release, which, according to the appended shortlog, introduces a modest amoung of changes, mostly drivers updates, but also small improvements to various hardware architectures, file systems, and a few other things.
