Linux kernel 3.10.99 LTS is a fairly normal update that packs in better hardware support by updating several drivers, in particular for things like GPU (mostly Radeon), InfiniBand, MD, SCSI, USB, ATA, DVB, and MMC.

Additionally, it contains various improvements to the MIPS, x86, SPARC, ARC, and s390 hardware architectures, some fixes to the Btrfs, NFS, and procfs filesystems, along with minor changes to the scripts, tools, Kernel-based Virtual Machine (KVM), and core kernel components.
