Looking at the the raw changelog, we can notice that Linux kernel 3.12.41 LTS fixes some issues with the ARM64, x86, and PowerPC architectures, repairs various bugs in the ReiserFS, OCFS2, and Common Internet File System (CIFS) file systems, addresses a couple of sound issues, and improves the IPv4 and IPv6 networking protocols.
