Linux Kernel 4.0.9 Is the Last in the Series, Please Move to Linux Kernel 4.1

Today, we announce that the Linux 4.0 kernel series reached end of life, as Greg Kroah-Hartman has published details earlier about the release of the ninth maintenance version, urging all users of the Linux kernel 4.0.x to move to the latest stable 4.1 branch immediately, which will be an LTS (Long Term Support) version.
