The eleventh maintenance release of Linux kernel 4.1 LTS introduces a great number of changes. In numbers, there are 231 files changed, with 2252 insertions and 957 deletions. Please note that this is an LTS (Long-Term Support) release that will be supported with security patches and bugfixes for approximate two years, until 2017.
