Linux kernel 4.1.27 LTS brings various small fixes to the PowerPC (PPC), ARM, PA-RISC, and x86 hardware architectures, as well as to the procfs and ecryptfs filesystems, a fix for the mac80211 framework for wireless devices, and various other crypto, KVM (Kernel-based Virtual Machine), and sound drive improvements. Among the updated drivers, we can mention the Nouveau, Wireless, SCSI, PINCTRL, thermal, CPUFreq, crypto, EDAC, and General-purpose input/output (GPIO) ones.
