Linux Kernel 4.1.7 LTS Adds Numerous ARM Improvements, Some Updated Drivers

The big changes are ARM hardware architectures improvements. Moreover, Linux kernel 4.1.7 LTS adds various improvements to the ARM64, MIPS, and x86 architectures, adds some sound enhancements, and updates various drivers, especially for things like ATA, CLK, Crypto, EDAC, GPU (mostly Intel i915), IRQ chip, MD, MFD, networking (mostly wireless), PCI, SCSI, iSCSI, and Xen.
