Linux Kernel 4.2 RC8 Arrives in Ubuntu 15.10, Breaks the AMD Catalyst Driver

The Ubuntu Kernel Team managed to upgrade the Linux kernel packages of the Ubuntu 15.10 (Wily Werewolf) operating system to the latest development version announced by Linus Torvalds at the beginning of this week, on August 24, Linux kernel 4.2 RC8. However, it would appear that the fglrx (AMD Catalyst) DKMS package fails to build with Linux kernel 4.2 Release Candidate 8.
