It appears that more and more Linux Lite users are worried about the way the GRUB bootloader handles other Linux kernel-based operating systems in the current release of the distro. Therefore, as Linux Lite is designed specifically for Linux newcomers, a.k.a. people who want to migrate from Windows, the GRUB’s default state will be reinstated in Linux Lite 3.2. In the meantime, the development of Linux Lite 3.2 will begin very soon, and a first Beta milestone should be ready for public testing in mid-October. After that, it looks like the final release of the GNU/Linux operating system is set to launch on the first day of November 2016. Again, the main feature of Linux Lite 3.2 will be support for dual-booting with other Linux-based distributions, besides Microsoft Windows.
