As a part of Inforven’99, the first conferences and exhibition
of Linux in Latin America will be held in Caracas under the name:
Linux Week Latinoamérica’99 – Conferencias y
Exposición.
The exhibition is being coordinated by Expro C.A., the
conferences by VELUG (Venezuelan Group of Linux Users), and the
sponsorship by renowned companies in the Linux world, Linux Week
will be the most important technological event in 1999. A
considerable amount of conferences, tutorials, keynotes and
exhibitions will allow the participants to familiarize themselves
with the past, present and future of Linux, the operating system of
the new Millenium.
