“The Penguinista DSL Project a Benevolent
Penguin Society Fundraising program, can now safely be called a
success.”

“Jeff Gerhardt, chief executive officer of GeekCast.Com
Networks
and co-host of The Linux(R) Show!!
stated today, “We are pleased to announce that wegetting to
expand this service offering to 26 metros across the United States.
Plus the basic service speed has doubled to 608Kbs/128Kbps.

That is blazing fast speed for $49.88 a month. And of course we are
continuing to use 25% of the net proceeds in our good works efforts
to providing services to schools in low-income areas.”

“The Penguinista DSL project is a fundraising effort for
The Benevolent Penguin Society, jointly developed
by GeekCast and Pinnacle Internet of Aurora Illinois. Numbers of
requests for information continue to translate into orders, and
thus we anticipate the project will be raising significant monthly
revenues for the schools by year-end. We also took a major leap
forward with our ability to deliver the funding/service to the
schools by being approved by the USAC Schools and Libraries
Division
and getting our SPIN number. This will allow us to
apply Federal excise tax dollars toward our program, and allow us
to get more mileage out of the funds we raise by partnering them
with these federal monies.”
