“We want to see Linux with the same shrink wrapped products
as Win32 and Mac’s.
“

“Management at Bynari, Inc., the US Affiliate of Bynari
International, announced branding and other changes in its
TradeMail product line. Management also announced new release dates
and revealed new products.

“We could defend our trademark for TradeMail.” says Tom
Adelstein, “I don’t want to pursue the action for several reasons.
The first of which relates to the mix-up associated with the domain
name.”
