Lubuntu 15.10 (Wily Werewolf) to Finally Switch to LXQt

Now we have confirmation that the Lubuntu developers are working hard these days to bring you the next generation of Lubuntu built around LXQt, which will also include a new Control Panel, a new screenshot utility, a new run dialog, and a new Software Center. Therefore, Lubuntu 15.10 (Wily Werewolf) will be the first release of the Lubuntu Linux distribution to use LXQt as the default desktop environment, which will look identical to LXDE.
